Stéphanie Blackett joined the PAA team in 2022 and now serves as Senior Operations Manager for the Montreal office. In this expanded role, she provides strategic administrative support and ensures the efficient coordination of daily operations, while overseeing cross-functional initiatives that support both internal teams and client-facing services. Since joining PAA, Stéphanie has played a key role in optimizing operational processes — supporting recruitment efforts, improving the company’s billing process, and managing supplier relationships in collaboration with management.
Recognized for her initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset, Stéphanie is a driving force behind the efficiency and growth of the Montreal office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in International Management from ESG – UQAM. To deepen her skillset and broaden her strategic impact, she is currently pursuing further training in project management and financial planning.
