Paul Monlezun leads PAA’s growing health care practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in public affairs, government relations and strategic communications across North America.

Paul brings clients a strong track record in issues and reputation management, activist risk management, public consultations, crisis communications, labour communications, and government relations and strategic planning. He has delivered success for clients in sectors including health care, technology, transportation, and natural resources. He managed communications for the largest privatization of a federal government service in Canadian history, as well as the release of the Gomery Report on the federal sponsorship scandal, one of the most controversial media events in recent Canadian politics.

Before joining the firm in 2014, Paul was a partner in his own communications firm and held executive level positions at other well-known Canadian and international consultancies. Previously. he served in various capacities managing issues for federal cabinet ministers and Members of Parliament. Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Canadian History from Ottawa’s Carlton University.
