Emilie Simard is a member of the Québec Bar and has more than 10 years of experience working with various ministers in the Québec and Canadian governments. Her background includes government communications, research, and policy analysis, first as a professional and later in managerial positions. She has also placed her expertise at the service of an international human rights cooperation organization, which has allowed her to perfect her strategic intervention skills on social issues.

Based in Québec City, Emilie offers PAA’s clients her expertise in strategic consulting, crisis management, and change management, in addition to her in-depth knowledge of the Quebec and federal governments. Emilie’s involvement in the community is also at the heart of her career, notably as a member of the boards of Domaine Forget and Bénévole d’Expertise. She enjoys reading, traveling, and international affairs.
