Will Hicks is a Research Advisor at PAA’s Ottawa office, where he supports the Natural Resources team.

He brings strong research skills and a global perspective, previously contributing to project support at the United Nations Migration field office in Lusaka, Zambia. He has also conducted policy research on Canada’s climate-security strategy for Waterloo-based research centre Project Ploughshares.

Will Holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, where he also worked as a Research Assistant. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.
