Will is a Research Advisor at PAA Advisory | Conseils based in Ottawa, where he joined the Natural Resources team in 2024, providing research and analysis to clients in Canada’s mining and forestry sectors. Prior to joining PAA, Will worked for several years at Equal Voice, a charity dedicated to electing more women to office at all levels of government in Canada, working with government, private sector, and public stakeholders. In this role, Will participated in the execution of several high-profile advocacy events and helped organize multiple national fundraising drives.

Will also brings experience working on campaigns across Canada, helping women and strong advocates win public office. He holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto.
