Based in Ottawa, Victoria Perak is a Research Advisor in the Technology Practice at PAA, joining the team in 2023. She leverages her expertise in policy analysis and in-depth research to support clients navigating the technology landscape. Previously, Victoria was a Student Researcher at the Privy Council Office, focusing on artificial intelligence research. She also held various positions in the Bishop’s University Students’ Representative Council, including Chair of the Board and Vice President of Academic Affairs, and served on the Bishop’s University Senate for two years. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Political Management from Carleton University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies, International Studies, and History from Bishop’s University.
