Simon brings over a decade of experience working in a diversity of roles within both the federal and Québec governments. His background spans all facets of communications, including media relations, crisis management, strategic planning, storytelling, and writing across diverse formats and audiences. He has also played a key role in legislative processes, leading stakeholder engagement with industry and advocacy groups to advance complex policy files through Parliament.

Throughout his political career, Simon has developed deep expertise across a wide range of portfolios, including arts and culture, broadcasting and digital industries, official languages, municipal affairs, public safety, and most recently, Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples.

Based in Ottawa, Simon offers PAA’s clients a blend of bilingual communications expertise, a strong grasp of both federal and Québec political and media landscapes, and a proven ability to navigate high-stakes files across jurisdictions.
