Ryan joined PAA in 2023 as a Research Advisor, where he provides research and policy analysis for clients in the clean energy, environment, and natural resources sectors.
Before joining our team, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Legislative Assistant on Parliament Hill after successfully completing the Parliamentary Internship Programme. With over a decade of hands-on involvement in election campaigns at all levels of government, he brings extensive political expertise to his role.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from McGill University, where he pursued minors in Political Science and Gender Studies as a distinguished Loran Scholar. His academic journey continued at the University of British Columbia, where he earned a master’s degree in Sociology, focusing on health and social inequalities.
