Pierre-Dominique joined the Montreal office in March 2023 as a researcher. He monitors parliamentary proceedings and daily news and prepares various reports for clients and colleagues. Pierre-Dominique has a master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the Université de Montréal, where he specialized in environmental public policy analysis.

Pierre-Dominique has always had a passion for public speaking, which has led him to devote particular attention to the development of his NPO, Eloquentia Montréal. He is driven by the desire to give young people from a wide range of backgrounds access to the tools of public expression, make public speaking accessible to as many people as possible and fight social inequalities.
