Olivia Raycraft

Advisor

Olivia Raycraft is an Advisor at PAA’s Ottawa office, providing policy analysis and strategic advice. She joined the firm in 2021, bringing with her valuable work experience from Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Olivia has worked in a variety of roles within the Alberta public service and at the City of Saskatoon. While working in the Government of Alberta’s Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General, she was a key member of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement’s accreditation team, earning the organization an assessment of Gold Standard with Excellence from CALEA.

Olivia recently completed a master’s degree in Political Management from the Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program at Carleton University and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies from the University of Saskatchewan.

Olivia volunteers with the non-partisan organization Apathy is Boring to improve voter turnout during Canadian elections. She has participated in the Equal Voice initiative Daughters of the Vote 2021 as the delegate for Red Deer-Lacombe and previously volunteered in the parliamentary office of Conservative MP Blaine Calkins. She also volunteered for Peter MacKay’s Conservative Leadership campaign and canvassed in the riding of Saskatoon-University during the 2019 federal election.
