Noah Niznick, a managing director in Ottawa, leads PAA’s longstanding financial services practice. He also works with clients in several other sectors including telecommunications, natural resources, and technology.

Noah joined PAA after serving for several years as the senior political advisor to the national caucus chair of Canada’s Official Opposition. In that role, he established deep policy knowledge and strong relationships with elected officials and government advisors, as well as the many stakeholders engaged in public policy at the federal level. He has developed significant policy initiatives on a range of economic, consumer and technology issues. Noah attended Carlton University in Ottawa, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and Government. He is passionate about civil rights, social action, and economic empowerment, and is a volunteer advisory board member of the Canadian Jewish Political Affairs Committee (CJPAC).
