Kenniesha joins PAA as a Research Advisor for the Green Team in Ottawa. She recently completed a Master of Arts from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, where she specialized in International Organizations and Global Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from McMaster University.

Prior to joining PAA, she worked with Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Clean Technology and Climate Policy team, conducting research on emerging clean technologies and engaging with external stakeholders across Canada and internationally on clean technology policy and investment tax credits.

Outside of work, Kenniesha enjoys hiking and volunteering, including time spent supporting nature reserves abroad. She is passionate about environmental protection and advancing policy-driven solutions.
