Kelsey DeGagné joined the PAA team in 2022. She provides research and policy analysis to clients across a number of sectors, including clean fuel, environment, and technology.

Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and is in the final stages of a master’s degree in Global Affairs from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the University of Prince Edward Island. Throughout her studies, her independent research has focused on natural resource management and Canadian security.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey worked in capital markets and the non-profit sector. She speaks English and French.
