Senior Manager, People & Operations
Karema Abdulle oversees day-to-day operations in PAA’s Ottawa office, the firm’s largest location, and plays a central role in coordinating administrative systems across the organization.
She supports a range of internal functions, including office management, HR processes, benefits administration, and internal communications, working closely with her Montréal counterpart and other members of the operations and finance teams.
Before joining PAA, Karema held a combined operations and consulting role at Hunter Strategies, where she supported client work related to defence and technology procurement. At PAA, she contributes to the firm’s procurement file and provides operational support to teams across the organization.
