Emily Scott joined the PAA Ottawa office in 2024. She brings a diverse background in outreach, development, and stakeholder relations, built through experience with non-profit organizations as well as both municipal and federal political campaigns.

Emily supports clients across arts and culture, non-profit, clean energy, and environmental sectors through research, policy analysis, and day-to-day campaign execution and organization. Drawing on her experience in stakeholder relations, she helps support organizations navigate government, build strategic partnerships, and advance advocacy initiatives.

Emily holds a degree in Human Rights and Social Justice. Additionally, she holds a Master of Political Management from the Clayton H. Riddell Graduate Program at Carleton University. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming and cafe hopping.
