Élisabeth Lamarche is a senior consultant in PAA’s Montréal office, focusing on cultural and environmental issues for international companies. With extensive private sector experience, she offers strategic thinking and innovative solutions to contemporary issues.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and International Law from UQÀM and studied at the University of Glasgow in Scotland, strengthening her understanding of international dynamics. Growing up in a family of expatriates who lived in Querétaro, Mexico, then partly in Chicago, gave her a strong ability to navigate complex environments.

Before joining PAA, Élisabeth played a key role in the success of leading organizations. At Montréal International, she managed the establishment and regional expansion of various foreign cleantech companies. At Lion Electric, she was instrumental in developing government relations, setting up the U.S. subsidiary following local regulations and supporting the company’s growth from a startup to a significant player in the electric vehicle industry.

Currently, Élisabeth is completing a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the École Nationale d’Administration Publique. She lives in the Laurentians, which she calls her safe heaven within easy reach of the city.
