An Advisor in PAA’s Ottawa office, Brandon Purcell provides policy analysis and strategic advice to clients in a variety of fields from international trade to arts and culture.

Brandon has nearly a decade of political experience in political administration and campaign management, working both federally and provincially. While serving the latter, he focused primarily on policies impacting supports and services for persons with developmental disabilities.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from Carleton University and recently received a certificate in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He is a Member of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs’ (CIJA) LGBTQ2+ National Advisory Council and enjoys exploring Ottawa’s Greenbelt and the ski slopes in western Quebec.
